Dhruv Rathee completed his schooling in Haryana (India)
Went to Germany to pursue engineering.

In one of his videos in June 2020, Dhruv Rathee called the Black Lives Matter movement’s name as “biased”, he claimed that it “favours blacks”, and compared it to the feminist movement’s name.
A police complaint was filed against Dhruv Rathee on 9 May 2018 by a Delhi advocate. The complaint was on behalf of Vikas Pandey (A Self Described BJP Volunteer), who claimed that in one of Dhruv Rathee’s video, Rathee falsely accused him of spreading fake news through his face page “ I Support Narendra Modi”.
